This project involves the interior architecture and spatial design of a high-end professional office located in the urban hub of Gurgaon. Inspired by the minimalist and atmospheric philosophy of Peter Zumthor, the design focuses on "sensory materiality" and "architectural silence," providing a stark contrast to the typical glass-and-steel corporate environments. Key Design Features Architectural Joinery: A custom-designed Ziggurat-inspired bookshelf serves as the primary focal point, merging structural form with functional storage. Lighting Strategy: Implementation of strategically placed 'Light Slots' to curate natural light, creating a dynamic play of shadows and enhancing the tactile quality of the surfaces. Materiality: A curated palette of exposed concrete, reclaimed wood, and natural stone to evoke a sense of permanence and groundedness. Spatial Fluidity: An open-plan layout that uses light hierarchy and material transitions—rather than traditional partitions—to define zones for deep work and collaboration.
