Off-Road Vehicle Suspension Assembly – 3D CAD Design
3D CAD design and assembly of an off-road vehicle suspension system developed in SolidWorks.
The assembly includes suspension arms, linkages, coil-over shock absorbers, wheel hubs, bearings, shafts, fasteners, and wheels. Individual mechanical components were modeled and assembled to create a complete suspension mechanism.
The design focuses on proper component arrangement, mechanical connections, suspension geometry, and realistic assembly relationships.
