Off-Road Tire | SolidWorks CAD Modeling
This project consists of a fully parametric 3D model of an off-road tire developed in SolidWorks. The objective was to reproduce realistic tread geometry while maintaining a clean and editable feature tree suitable for design modifications, manufacturing studies, or simulation workflows.
The tire body was generated using revolved features based on the tire cross-section profile. Individual tread blocks were created with Extruded Boss/Cut operations, then distributed uniformly using Circular Pattern to ensure perfect angular consistency. Additional refinement was achieved through symmetry operations and revolved cuts, resulting in a feature-based model that is lightweight, fully parametric, and easy to update.
Whether you need CAD models for product development, reverse engineering, visualization, or prototyping, I focus on delivering accurate and well-structured models—not just visually appealing geometry. My background in Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics allows me to design components with manufacturing feasibility and engineering functionality in mind.
If your company or startup needs SolidWorks mechanical design, parametric CAD modeling, or engineering support, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to help transform your concepts into production-ready 3D models.
