Off-Road ATV – Complete Mechanical Design
Complete mechanical design and 3D CAD development of an off-road ATV. The project includes chassis and frame design, suspension geometry, steering system, drivetrain integration, wheel and axle positioning, component mounting, and overall vehicle packaging. The design was developed with a focus on structural strength, manufacturability, serviceability, weight distribution, ground clearance, and off-road performance. Components were designed and integrated as a complete mechanical assembly with consideration for real-world manufacturing and assembly requirements.
