My Assembly Project

Mechanical Crank and Power Transmission Assembly featuring a multi-groove pulley, shaft, flywheel, crank mechanism, connecting linkage, bearing housing, and structural mounting frame. The assembly is designed to transmit rotational power through the pulley and shaft system and convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion through an eccentric crank-slider mechanism. The system consists of a rigid base plate and vertical support brackets that provide structural stability for the rotating shaft and moving components. A multi-groove pulley is mounted on the main shaft to receive power from an external belt-drive system. The shaft transfers rotational motion toward the flywheel and crank mechanism. The crank assembly incorporates an eccentric rotating element and connecting linkage that generates controlled reciprocating movement. Bearing supports and bolted mounting points maintain shaft alignment and reduce unwanted movement during operation. The flywheel helps provide rotational inertia and smoother operation throughout the mechanical cycle.
