Multi-Station Steel Progressive Die | Full 3D Production Design
This production-grade steel progressive die is built for 1000-ton stamping press lines, consolidating blanking, forming, piercing and trimming into one continuous strip feeding sequence. It eliminates secondary operations to boost production throughput and reduce labor costs for high-volume automotive sheet metal manufacturing.
Constructed with a heavy-duty steel die base and high-grade tool steel inserts, paired with a precision guide pillar system, the die maintains tight dimensional tolerances and long service life under continuous high-speed stamping. The full toolset was fully modeled and validated in UG NX, with 3D interference checking, motion simulation and DFM analysis completed in the design phase to cut down tryout time and on-site adjustments.
