Multi-Spoke Alloy Wheel | Mechanical CAD Design
This project showcases the complete CAD development of a multi-spoke alloy wheel designed in SolidWorks. The model combines structural symmetry, aesthetic styling, and parametric construction principles commonly used in automotive component design.
The wheel barrel was created using Revolved Boss/Base features, while a single spoke profile was modeled with parametric extrusions and cuts before being replicated using Circular Pattern. Additional operations such as fillets, domes, and material removal were applied to achieve realistic geometry while preserving design flexibility for dimensional modifications or future optimization.
I build CAD models that are both visually accurate and engineering-oriented. My workflow emphasizes feature organization, design intent, and manufacturability, making the models suitable for rendering, prototyping, finite element analysis, or production documentation.
