Multi-Axis Robotic Manipulator – Mechanical Design

Mechanical design and CAD development of a multi-axis robotic manipulator. The project involved the development of the complete mechanical structure, articulated joints, actuator integration, base assembly, end-effector mechanism and protective enclosures. The system was designed as a complete SolidWorks assembly with attention to mechanical movement, component integration, manufacturability and assembly. The project demonstrates experience in developing complex electromechanical systems from concept to a complete 3D CAD assembly.
