We are proud to present a luxury two-story residential project that combines the principles of Tropical Modern Architecture with a focus on transparency and dramatic lighting. The facade is dominated by clean white walls contrasting beautifully with dark-framed windows and vertical louvers, creating an elegant visual rhythm. Accent lighting on the stepping stones and walls highlights textures and provides a warm, inviting impression at dusk. The Technical Insight: Sectional View The second sectional rendering showcases the technical details of our design: a seamless integration between indoor and outdoor spaces. This project features an Open Plan Living concept with a double-volume ceiling that maximizes natural light and cross-ventilation. 1. Vertical Circulation: Note the detail of the staircase and the glass elevator shaft, which serve as main architectural features, demonstrating a complex yet functional design. 2. Visual Quality: This project is a study in photorealism—illustrating how accurate material detail, shadow, and nighttime lighting can transform a visualization into an immersive experience.
