This project features the design of a modular steel pallet cage intended for industrial storage and material handling. Engineered for durability and stackability, the structure includes a reinforced base with integrated fork pockets for easy transport using forklifts or pallet jacks. The upright posts are detachable, allowing for compact storage and efficient stacking when not in use. The frame is optimized to handle heavy loads while maintaining structural integrity under stress.
Designed using SolidWorks the model reflects attention to both functionality and manufacturability. The layout ensures even load distribution and simplifies the assembly process, making it ideal for warehouse and logistics operations. The design is suitable for steel fabrication using standard welding and cutting processes.
This project highlights my skills in mechanical design, 3D modeling, and developing practical engineering solutions for real-world industrial applications.
