Scope of Work & Key Highlights: Sheet Metal Engineering & DFM: Daily CAD modeling of custom sheet metal parts, incorporating accurate bend allowances, relief cuts, and nesting efficiency for CNC laser/plasma cutting. Modular System Design: Developed an interconnected, modular part library ensuring seamless interchangeability, standardized hardware, and streamlined assembly across multiple product lines. High-Volume Production Experience: Engineered over 200 unique sheet metal components throughout my tenure at the company.
