Modular Polymer-Sand Paving System and Forming Tooling

This project involved the development of a modular polymer-sand paving system and the forming tooling required for production. The initial data included reference products and requirements for adaptation to operation in a temperate continental climate. The project included: • Development of a modular paving installation system • Design of connection elements between modules • Development of individual product components • Design of an optional heated-circuit arrangement • Adaptation of the design to climatic operating requirements • Development of forming tooling for the customer’s equipment • Preparation of 3D models • Preparation of production drawings and DXF data The customer received the 3D models and manufacturing drawings. Production and physical testing were outside the agreed scope. The project duration was two months.
