Designed a robust, modular gravity roller conveyor system in SolidWorks. The assembly features a precise structural frame with optimized profile selection for industrial strength. It incorporates multiple free-spinning roller sets designed for efficient, low-friction material transport. The conveyor structure is supported by heavy-duty, height-adjustable leveling feet to ensure stable installation on uneven facility floors. Engineered to DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles, this design includes complete 2D fabrication drawings, detailed Bills of Materials (BOM), and assembly documentation.
