Modern "Scandi-Kubo" Residential & Landscape Design

I designed this high-end residential estate in Dumaguete from the ground up, starting with a vacant lot. The concept is a 'Scandi-Kubo'—a fusion of Scandinavian minimalism and traditional Filipino Bahay Kubo architecture. The scope includes the full floor plan, structural aesthetics, and a comprehensive master plan featuring a standalone guest gazebo and a solar-ready carport. As a Registered Master Plumber, I integrated sustainable site utilities and precision landscaping. This project demonstrates my ability to engineer livable, culturally resonant outdoor environments from scratch.
