Modern Family Residence | Jalisco, Mexico

Designed for a modern family, this rural residence in Jalisco reflects our commitment to functional, aesthetic, and sustainable architecture. The project balances contemporary living with a strong connection to nature through open-plan social areas, generous glazing, and thoughtful integration with the landscape. Developed using ArchiCAD (BIM), the design was fully visualized in 3D from early stages, allowing clear client understanding, efficient coordination with structural and MEP consultants, and the integration of passive strategies such as cross ventilation, natural lighting, and thermal efficiency. Natural materials like stone and wood, combined with sloped roofs, enhance comfort, privacy, and climate performance. Terraces, gardens, and pergolas extend the living spaces outdoors, reinforcing the relationship between architecture and its natural surroundings.
