This project presents the exterior architectural design for a contemporary Business Tower situated as the focal point of a larger Mixed-Use Development. The design aims to create a dynamic, iconic structure that reflects a progressive and professional corporate environment while integrating seamlessly with surrounding public and commercial spaces. Elevation Treatment: The primary Elevation is a high-performance glass curtain wall system, maximizing natural light and offering panoramic views. This glass is contrasted with solid, textured cladding elements.
