Modern commercial office building highrise

This project showcases a contemporary urban architectural visualization featuring a mixed-use complex integrated into a dense city environment. The design focuses on clean geometric volumes, balanced massing, and a pedestrian-oriented central plaza that enhances social interaction and urban flow. The visuals emphasize realistic daylight behavior, material accuracy, and contextual integration with surrounding high-rise buildings. Special attention was given to scale, landscaping, and human activity to convey a believable, vibrant public space suitable for commercial, institutional, or residential use. These renders are designed to support architectural presentations, client approvals, and marketing materials by clearly communicating spatial quality, atmosphere, and urban intent. The main building complex was designed and modeled in Blender, and the final renders were done in D5 render.
