Modern 4-Bedroom Duplex – Lekki, Nigeria

Designed a modern two-story residential duplex on a 20m x 12m plot for a client in Lekki. The layout includes an open-plan living and dining area, a guest room, a Kitchen with a Store, and a laundry space on the ground floor, and 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs with a family lounge. Emphasis was placed on maximizing natural light and ventilation. Photorealistic renderings were created to present exterior features like a floating balcony and textured wall finishes.
