Mixed-Use Residential Building – Complete Architectural Design Package

Complete architectural design package delivered for a private client, covering a mixed-use building on a 1,191 sq.ft plot with ground floor commercial space and three residential floors plus mumty, totaling 2,990 sq.ft covered area. Scope included site plan, floor-wise layout plans with bedroom and bathroom arrangements, structural drawings (footing, plinth beam, and slab beam plans, column sections, septic tank detail), front elevation, and cross-section. 3D exterior visualization delivered for client presentation. Delivered to the client for design approval and construction reference. Modeled and rendered using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Published with client permission.
