Mix Use Building Design

Its a mix used building design, comprised of 5 floors and 1 basement. Clinic, offices and apartments. The Client wanted the outside views as much possible to integrate the spaces within inside giving a full landscape view of the street, keeping functionality in mind, seamless circulation and consideration of high sustainability was to be used in the project.
