Micro_Van_chassis_design

I designed and developed a small-scale chassis model of the B-Van, translating the vehicle’s original dimensions and structural architecture into a functional reduced-scale prototype. Using SOLIDWORKS, I recreated the main chassis geometry while maintaining the critical proportions, mounting points, and structural features of the full-size vehicle. The model was then prepared for manufacturing and prototyping, allowing me to validate the design physically and evaluate its structural layout. This project required careful consideration of dimensional scaling, manufacturability, assembly, and component integration, giving me hands-on experience in transforming a full-size automotive structure into a precise functional scale model.
