Mesh editing, sculpting, and translation is CAD format for production

A natural model of a human torso is created to meet constraints like draft angle and material thickness for production in vacuum molding processes. The mess was downloaded and edited in a way that removed complex details in the nose, eyes, and ears to make production easier. Then the model was scaffold ed in a CAD program and a smooth surface with no polygonal edges was made to cover the original mesh. Then further changes were made to meet draft angle constraints, all while maintaining the natural look of the model. Then the model was thickened and sent to the vendor for production.
