Mechatronics Competition Robot

Autonomous robot built for a university mechatronics competition, designed to navigate a course, identify target blocks by value, and avoid an obstacle while collecting points. I led the mechanical design, moving the chassis to a fully laser-cut, press-fit body with interlocking geometry because cutting material was cheaper than 3D print material. Integrated with a full sensor suite (line-following, proximity, color, magnetic detection) and dual-Arduino control with wireless commands. Placed 2nd in class during qualification, scoring 54/60 possible points
