A selection of recent mechanical and structural design work, modelled in SolidWorks and Inventor and drawn to fabrication standard. 1. Leaf Spring Crane Racking (GA): heavy-duty mobile storage rack with a welded steel frame, three aluminium drawers on 610 mm heavy-duty slides and plywood shelving. Includes load calculations (frame rated 1,400 kg, drawers 250 kg), section views and a full BOM. 2. 8 m Cat Ladder with Safety Cage: fixed caged access ladder with an isometric GA, BOM and sections through the safety hoops, plus cutting details for every part (flat bar stringers, 26 rungs at 298 mm pitch, rolled cage hoops, mounting brackets). 3. 9 x 6 x 4.3 m Steel Canopy Structure: bolted structural steel canopy with four portal frames, cross-braced sides, purlins and roof bracing with gusset-plate connections. Part of an 11-sheet fabrication set. 4. Thickener Drive Sprocket: 58-tooth plate wheel for 32B chain (50.8 mm pitch, 955 mm OD) in C45 steel, with a weld-on 5050 taper-lock hub, tooth profile and a section with weld details. 5. Mobile Processing Plant Layout: full process flow for a 50 t/h trailer-mounted recovery plant, from feed hopper, scrubber and screens through jig, cyclones, Falcon concentrator and shaking table, including pumps, water reticulation and site services. 6. Mobile Feed Hopper and Inclined Belt Conveyor (3D model): trailer-mounted feed hopper on a braced steel frame with a belt feeder, troughed idlers, geared drive, head-end discharge hood and support tower with access ladder. Services: 3D modelling, general arrangements, fabrication and shop drawings, sheet metal, structural steel detailing, plant layouts, chutes and conveyors.
