The client required precision machining of components with complex geometry. The main challenges were optimizing toolpath efficiency and avoiding machine collisions.
I used Mastercam to program the CNC machine, select optimal toolpaths, and run simulations.

This approach successfully produced components within ±0.05 mm tolerance while reducing machining time below the target.
