Marine Twin-Pontoon Pipe Support Assembly

A detailed 3D CAD design of a marine floating support assembly developed to carry and stabilize a large cylindrical pipe. The structure uses two sealed cylindrical pontoons connected by reinforced transverse framing. Fabricated support saddles and curved retaining straps secure the central pipe, while gussets and internal stiffeners reinforce the primary load-carrying areas. Additional modeled features include bolted inspection covers with sealing gaskets, end plates, access steps, and mooring fittings. Separate component and exploded views were produced to communicate the assembly arrangement and construction details clearly. This project demonstrates marine equipment design, fabricated structural assemblies, mechanical supports, and detailed 3D visualization. Software: SolidWorks
