M25 Air Purification Module for ERV - Sheet Metal Enclosure Design

M25 - Air purification module for energy recovery ventilators (ERV), installed in schools. Filterless air purification using X-ray photoionization and electrostatic precipitation. My role (concept through mass production): - Product planning, design improvement and cost reduction - Mechanical design of the sheet-metal enclosure (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) - Airflow analysis with SolidWorks Flow Simulation - BOM management, supplier and mass-production vendor management - On-site installation and maintenance, incl. hood supply/exhaust inspections at schools Results: - Improved performance and product quality through testing and R&D - Obtained required performance test reports and certifications Tools: SolidWorks, SolidWorks Flow Simulation, AutoCAD
