"Taking a look inside the tech that drives manufacturing! 🔍 Here is a recent 3D design and animation I put together of an industrial Limit Switch Box. When we talk about efficiency in manufacturing, we often overlook the localized components. I modeled this to showcase not just the external visual indicators (the Open/Close dome), but also the internal architecture. Proper routing is a huge factor here—from the internal wire routing across the 8-pin terminal block to the way mechanical movement translates into electrical signals for the wider plant network. Designing equipment for harsh industrial environments requires a strict focus on durability and clear, failsafe communication. Really enjoyed bringing this component to life through animation to show exactly how that state-change works in practice.
