This project features a precision-designed Waistband Loop Iron developed for garment and textile manufacturing applications. The tool is used to accurately form, press, and guide waistband loops during production, ensuring consistent loop size, alignment, and finish across garments. The CAD model was created with a strong focus on manufacturability, durability, and ergonomic operation, making it suitable for workshop and factory environments. The design includes smooth radii, proper material thickness, and tolerance considerations for heat resistance and repeated use. Modeled using SolidWorks, the design is production-ready and can be adapted for different waistband sizes, fabrics, and machine setups. Ideal for apparel factories, textile machinery manufacturers, and custom tooling development.
