This full 3D progressive die is purpose-built for high-volume production of long-shaped steel sheet metal components. It adopts an inclined station layout to maximize material utilization, integrating piercing, bending forming, trimming and final part separation into one continuous strip workflow, enabling stable high-speed stamping on standard press lines.
Designed natively in Siemens NX with full manufacturability validation, the die features a heavy-duty reinforced die base, precision guide pillar system and modular insert structure, delivering consistent part accuracy and long service life in mass production.
