This project showcases two distinct 3D CAD models of conveyor mechanisms developed for industrial automation systems. Designed in Autodesk Inventor, the models integrate both mechanical and electrical components with high precision.
The first model features a green conveyor belt mounted on a grey support frame. Key components include a support wheel, rack gear mechanism, shaft, spring, electrical switch, and a custom-designed final support bracket. This configuration ensures proper guidance, load handling, and stabilization of the conveyor system.
The second model presents a more complex mechanical structure equipped with motors, belts, and support frames. Optimized for production line applications, it emphasizes efficiency and modularity.
Both designs are detailed to a level suitable for pre-production visualization, technical analysis, and client presentations.
