Jewelry CAD Modeling & Rendering Halo ring

Developed a production-ready 3D CAD model for a luxury halo engagement ring featuring a prominent cushion-cut yellow diamond center stone. The primary objective was to engineer a modern split-shank (double band) design adorned with meticulously spaced accent diamonds. The main technical challenge lay in calculating the precise geometric intersection where the double bands merge into the main halo head, ensuring optimal structural durability while maintaining a delicate, high-end aesthetic. Utilizing advanced CAD tools, I implemented clean U-prong settings across all accent tracks, providing uniform metal tolerances and perfectly aligned undercuts with integrated light holes for maximum stone brilliance and flawless casting execution.
