Internal Press Component: From CAD to Print

Internal component for a custom press, taken from concept to finished part. Designed in Onshape with a stepped two-level profile and chamfered transitions for smooth seating and even load distribution. Clearances were dialed in through physical test prints until the fit was right, then validated in multiple materials. Shown here: CAD model, finished print and production batch. Delivered as STEP, STL and 3MF.
