Interactive Park Audio Controller PCB

Custom embedded audio playback PCB designed for an interactive park sound installation. The board controls prerecorded audio playback using an ATmega328P microcontroller, DFPlayer Mini MP3 module, DIP-selectable operating modes, momentary trigger input, protected 4.5–5.5 V power input with eFuse circuitry, and a PAM8406 class-D amplifier driving two 5 W speakers. The project included schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, assembly, and prototype testing. Through-hole components were used where practical to make the board easier to assemble, inspect, and repair in the field. The goal was to create a compact, reliable, and serviceable sound playback controller suitable for an interactive public-use installation.
