Integrated Recreational Planning

I designed a comprehensive site planning layout for a multi-activity recreational facility that integrates a café, box cricket arena, go-karting track, and additional game zones within a single site. The planning focuses on efficient land utilization, smooth circulation, and clear zoning between high-energy activity areas and relaxation spaces. A central cricket turf was strategically positioned as the focal attraction, surrounded by a well-planned go-karting track to maximize engagement and visibility. The café and seating areas were placed in accessible yet comfortable zones to provide a relaxing environment while maintaining visual connectivity with the activity spaces. Dedicated parking, pedestrian pathways, service areas, and entry-exit points were carefully planned to ensure safety, convenience, and crowd management. The overall design balances functionality, user experience, and commercial viability, making it suitable for a modern entertainment destination.
