Injection Molded ESP32 Handheld Game Console Enclosure

Designed a manufacturing-ready handheld game console enclosure based on the LILYGO T-Display ESP32. The exterior shown in this portfolio has been simplified at the client's request to protect the unreleased product design. My role focused on CAD reconstruction, mechanical integration, and injection molding optimization. I redesigned the enclosure structure, integrated internal components, and prepared the model for production with proper DFM considerations, ensuring reliable assembly and manufacturability
