Injection mold simulation - Moldflow (Internal project, multi-cavity mold, filling optimization)

In this internal project I was tasked with the optimization of the filling process of a multi-cavity mold. I redesigned the entire runner system (switching to a HASCO hot runner system), and the injection mold itself, due to this Moldflow simulation. In this pictures I am only publishing the filling simulations, to demonstrate the achieved uniform filling of the cavities.
