This project presents the complete mechanical design and fabrication detailing of an industrial stainless steel tank, developed for a recovery and process application in an industrial plant.
The scope includes:
Full 3D mechanical modeling of the equipment
Executive and fabrication drawings ready for manufacturing
Detailed views of shell, conical roof, bottom plate, internal distribution system, nozzles, piping, supports, and instrumentation
Assembly details, cuts, sections, and dimensional control
Design aligned with industrial standards and fabrication best practices
The project was developed focusing on manufacturability, maintenance access, and operational reliability, ensuring clear communication between engineering, fabrication, and field installation teams.
