This project showcases a detailed 3D model of a screw conveyor drive assembly, designed for industrial bulk-material handling applications.
The assembly includes the gear motor, shaft coupling, bearing housings, and reinforced mounting base, all modeled with high mechanical accuracy.
The model demonstrates:
Complete parametrically-defined geometry
Realistic rendering with correct material definitions (steel, coated steel, cast components)
Functional alignment of the gearbox output shaft with the screw conveyor
Detailed flange interfaces, inspection cover, and structural support frame
