Industrial Safety Guarding System — NR-12 Compliance & 3D CAD Design

Commissioned by the client to design a custom industrial safety guarding structure fully compliant with Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NR-12 Machine Safety). Scope of Work & Key Deliverables: On-Site Field Survey: Conducted an in-person factory visit to perform precise dimensional measurements and evaluate site constraints. 3D CAD Modeling: Developed the complete 3D model of the safety perimeter and structural guarding. Technical Documentation Package: Generated a full engineering documentation package, including Bill of Materials (BOM), exploded assembly views, and manufacturing drawings. Confidentiality Note: Due to non-disclosure and client confidentiality agreements, only the 3D model and visualizations are showcased in this portfolio, while proprietary fabrication blueprints remain protected. Project Takeaway: This project was a highly rewarding technical challenge that broadened my expertise in industrial safety standards, site-survey precision, and manufacture-ready CAD design.
