Industrial Production Monitoring & RFID Tracking PCB

Designed and developed a complete industrial production-monitoring PCB for garment manufacturing, used to track stitching output and worker activity in real time. Each worker uses an RFID card/tag, which is scanned by the device through an EM-18 RFID reader. The board detects the worker ID and production event, then uploads the data to a cloud-based monitoring system using an ESP32-S3. The hardware includes an ESP32-S3 controller, HLK 5 V AC-DC power module, EM-18 RFID interface, power regulation, communication and protection circuitry, and production-ready PCB design. I handled the project end-to-end, from understanding the production-monitoring problem and defining the system architecture through schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, firmware integration, testing, debugging, and manufacturing preparation. I also managed the fabrication of more than 1,000 PCBs through JLCPCB, including Gerber preparation, BOM/CPL generation, production coordination, and manufacturing review.
