Industrial IP68 HMI Enclosure | DFM & Production-Ready Design

## Problem: Develop a rugged Human Machine Interface (HMI) enclosure with an IP68 rating for an oil & gas facility, integrating customer-supplied electronics and multiple PCBs, suitable for a harsh operating environment. ## Challenge: Balancing production constraints with demanding environmental requirements, including sealing, gasket paths, wall and draft checks, fastening strategy, cable entry, mounting, BOM, and an IEC 60529-aligned test plan. ## Outcome: Delivered a production-ready enclosure architecture that enabled seamless sync between electronic and performance requirements.
