The high-precision guide pillar & bushing system ensures stable die alignment and tight tolerance retention, making it ideal for manufacturing precision automotive, hardware and electronic sheet metal components.
The entire tooling was fully modeled and validated in UG NX, with comprehensive 3D interference checking, stamping motion simulation and DFM analysis completed in the design stage. This upfront engineering validation greatly reduces on-site modification work, shortens die tryout cycles and ensures a seamless transition from digital design to shop floor production.
