The design was developed with a primary focus on piping integrity, flow efficiency, and strict adherence to industrial standards for oil and gas facilities. Key Technical Features: Detailed Piping & Instrumentation: Accurate modeling of filtration units, control valves, flanged connections, and piping networks, ensuring optimal flow paths and minimal pressure drops. Skid Design & Optimization: Efficient equipment layout to maximize space utilization on the skid while maintaining necessary clearances for maintenance, inspection, and valve operation. Integrated Structural Support: Seamless integration of support structures and vertical vent stacks with the main piping system for stability and safety. Constructability Focus: Emphasis on practical design aspects, including proper valve orientation, accessibility for maintenance, and standardized flange arrangements. Software Proficiency: Designed using SolidWorks and AutoCAD Plant 3D . Rendered for visual clarity to demonstrate spatial coordination and component accessibility.
