Industrial Gantry — Three-Rail CAD Assembly and Structural FEA

Industrial gantry with three rails: mechanical CAD assembly and a representative static FEA displacement view from a completed engineering project. My work included the mechanical design, structural analysis and technical documentation. This example illustrates a workflow for coordinating geometry, load paths, supports, connection details and fabrication drawings. The FEA image shows one analyzed load case; full conclusions depend on the complete calculation report, material properties, boundary conditions and acceptance criteria. Available services include industrial equipment design, CAD assemblies, manufacturing/assembly drawings and mechanical FEA. Client identifiers have been omitted. The images show CAD and analysis results, not a photograph of the constructed equipment.
