Industrial Filling and Packaging System

Designed and developed a complete automated filling and packaging line for laboratory products. Responsible for the mechanical design, 3D CAD modeling, sheet metal structures, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation. The project included the integration of multiple modules such as media preparation, pumping, dispensing, labeling, packaging, and material handling, with a strong focus on manufacturability, reliability, and efficient production.
