Industrial Electronics Enclosure DFM Study

A before-and-after SolidWorks enclosure review based on actual CAD findings: boss supports, internal roots, connector clearances and snap-receiver release. The approved exterior and solid bottom are retained. Original geometry is preserved alongside corrected parametric CAD; no defects were introduced for demonstration. Reference PCB: Arduino Portenta HAT Carrier + C33. The complete eight-page report documents the design, findings, corrections and remaining validation.
