Industrial Conveyor Design – Scan-Based Engineering & 3D Modeling

“I worked on a turnkey industrial project involving the design of a phosphate conveyor system. The project started with on-site laser scanning to capture the existing environment and generate point cloud data. Based on this data, I carried out the full engineering study and design of the conveyor structure. My work included 3D modeling, detailed steel structure design, and the production of fabrication and assembly drawings. The final 3D model was accurately integrated with the point cloud to ensure proper alignment with real site conditions. This approach ensured high precision, clash-free design, and readiness for construction and installation.”
