Industrial Casepacker Packaging Machine - Mechanical Design

This project presents the mechanical design of an industrial casepacker machine developed for automated packaging operations. The equipment is responsible for receiving containers from the production line, organizing them and placing them into boxes using automated mechanical systems. The mechanical design focused on reliability, structural rigidity and smooth product handling to ensure stable operation in high-throughput industrial environments. Key engineering aspects considered during the design: • Conveyor system integration for product transportation • Structural frame designed for industrial operation • Mechanical positioning systems for product alignment • Integration of pneumatic actuators and motion components • Safety enclosure and access doors for operator protection • Maintainability and easy access to mechanical components The system includes: • Conveyor transport system • Mechanical positioning and guiding mechanisms • Structural steel frame • Pneumatic actuator integration • Protective safety enclosure with access doors • Adjustable mechanical elements for operational tuning The project was developed using professional CAD tools commonly applied in industrial machine design and automation equipment engineering. My role in this project was focused on the mechanical design of the machine structure, mechanisms and integration with automation and electrical subsystems. This type of equipment is commonly used in manufacturing plants, packaging lines and automated production systems.
