High Power Induction Heating PCB Design and Development

High Power electronic circuit and PCB design for induction heating application. Half bridge design , 230VAC powered. Output of 350W at 7.1A and 50V Project included analog and power electronic circuit designing, circuit simulation, PCB design. Circuit Design and Simulation was done using LTspice and Proteus. Schematic capture and PCB design was done in Altium Designer. Schematic symbols and PCB footprint libraries were created. Design was done based on outside usage industrial grade PCB as per DFM and DFA of PCB manufacturer.
